Cool Discovery

For awkward paint masking areas:
Glad Press'n Seal. It's so perfect! It's oddly sticky so you can drape and stick it where you need to mask areas from spray paint. You don't even need painters tape. Will definitely keep this stuff on hand. (I started off with painters tape and plastic bag on the cord before I figured out the plastic wrap trick.)

Yeah, I'm in the garage spray painting lamps when I should be getting ready to move.

  1. Isn't that stuff neat?!! I use it to cover lots of things when I'm painting, or sanding. It keeps dust out really well too. I will warn you though, if you leave it on too long, it will leave a sticky residue. I think it came off with paint thinner though so wasn't a real big deal.
