May something Nineteen ninety whatever
This is the conversation I had with Jon yesterday:
Me: Hey, is it our anniversary today?
Jon: No, tomorrow.
Me: Right, tomorrow. Ten years.
Jon: Eleven.
Me: Yeah, eleven years. Happy anniversary.
Jon: Happy anniversary.
Wow, it's like we're the same person. I always know the date because it's Bastille day, but I have no idea how many years.
ReplyDeleteLOL, my husband and I are the same way. Hey, did you know our anniversary is tomorrow? Oh, yeah, I totally forgot. Should we go out for dinner or something? Sure.
ReplyDeleteHaha. Sounds familiar. My uncle just called the other day and asked me the date of our wedding, and I wasn't sure what it was. Had to confer with the husband. Felt like an idiot.
ReplyDeleteOne year my husband and I both forgot it...we were moving .
ReplyDelete...and who celebrates Bastille Day? Francophiles?
So glad to hear we're not the only ones! 5 years married, and we have not once remembered! One year I called my Mom to have her sit for the girls so we could go out for our anniversary, and she told me I had the wrong week... oops!
ReplyDeleteHilarious! Our first year of marriage I told someone our anniversary was June 1st, not 2nd, because I was thinking of the year (2001). My hubby hasn't let me live it down since.
ReplyDeleteLucky hubbies to not have to worry about getting "in trouble" if they ever forget! :)
